BODY PRINT
PRINTS FROM A DAY OF LIVING IN THE DORMITORY ROOM, USING GRAPHITE POWDER AND WHITE SHEET OF CLOTHS TO RECORD ANY MOVEMENTS
My work began by taking my graphite-covered body and recording the movements in my room onto white sheets. These "Prints" left behind show detail and density of my movements during that day. The density of the prints directly represents my habitual movements within the room and the lighter prints represent more of the unconscious and necessary movements. |
